Netflix Drama Emily in Paris: I Highly Recommend This Drama!

Today I’m going to introduce a American drama Emily in Paris which has premiered on Netflix since October 2020. It’s pretty obvious storyline, but good for killing time. Also, it runs about 30 minutes per episode which is not that long. Thus, I highly recommend you watch this drama if you are looking for a romance comedy drama.

Storyline

It’s a romance comedy drama in which Emily who is a marketer from Chicago, USA, got hired by a marketing firm in Paris to provide them with an American point of view. This series show that Emily deals with what happens in Paris in a total of 10 episodes. Although she can’t speak French, she’s very confident about marketing. she’s always passionate and tries her best. There are not only story about work, but also about love, friendship.

Stylist Patricia Field who is from Sex and the City which is a drama famous for gorgeous and fashionable fashion, participated in the costume direction. Probably that's why Emily's fashion are really attractive, fashionable and luxury. It's really fun to see her styles every episode.

Paris' romantic atmosphere

Some of you guys read this post might have dreamed about traveling to Paris, a romantic city. Effiel Tower, antique cafe (or restaurants), old archiecture and even just streets..etc. You can feel the romantic mood of Paris indirectly through watching this drama.

The chef (Gabriel) from this drama (It's actually my point of view 😄😂)

Lucas Bravo who stars as Gabriel is so handsome and sweet in this drama. It's also interesting to see the relationship between Emily and Gabriel. I hope something is going to happen in the season 2 between them like more romance or something. 


Season 2 is officially confirmed

Netflix has announced that Emlily in Paris season 2 has officially confirm. However, it could be delayed because of COVID-19 pandemic. Darren Star, a director of Emily in Paris, said “If we get picked up, I hope we’ll be back in Paris next spring, and things will ease up a little bit.” “I think hopefully we’ll be in a better place by next spring. I really hope so.”

This channel has already been really popular in South Korea as showing easy workout that you can follow easily at home. The reason why they made this channel is to encourage people to workout for their health, not a perfect body or something.
