“Who is able to deliver at dawn?” “Their sleep rhythm should be guaranteed!”. These are some opinions from expats who have an experience of early morning delivery service in South Korea.

Actually, in this March, a deliver guy who were delivering at dawn has died due to overwork. One of the reasons is that the quantity of goods increased by at least 10 times more compared to before the early morning delivery system was introduced. If so, why not hire more employees? According to a worker, he said even if the headquarter hires a large number of people, most of the people leave the company without being able to withstand the poor working environment.

I believe that the early morning delivery itself is the best system. However, the minimum human life of the delivery man must be guaranteed. Therefore, in order to continue this service, companies will definitely have to improve the system for better service.
