  Budae-jjigae Budae-jjigae is a type of Korean stew made with ham, sausage, tofu, kimchi, gochujang (Korean red chilli paste), baked beans.    How Do You Wash The Dishes? Western and Korean’’s methods of washing dishes are very different. In fact, for many Koreans, Western-style dishwashing is pretty shocking. There is one episode in a Dutch pub when I was in the Netherlands. I ordered a glass of beer as usual. It was a pretty busy bar and the waiters looked really busy.
